Job DescriptionJob Title: AutoCAD DesignerExperience: 3+ YearsPosition Overvie w: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and layouts for various event projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.Key Responsibilities:Utilize AutoCAD software to produce detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts for event venues, stages, booths, and other elements.Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to translate conceptual designs into practical and visually stunning event spaces.Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather necessary information for accurate drafting and layout creation.Develop 3D renderings and visualizations to illustrate proposed designs and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback from clients, project managers,



and other team members.Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall event setup.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new software developments related to AutoCAD and event design.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or relevant in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Experience w i th SketchUp and Vectorworks software.Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in drafting and design.Strong understanding of architectural and spatial concepts, including scale, proportion, and perspective.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in the events industry or exhibition design is preferred.Joining Phase 1 means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional event experiences.
