The role ensures high-quality solution delivery aligned with project standards and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute Customer service Sales & Distribution related tasks during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.Design and validate SD processes : sales orders, delivery, billing.Ensure SD integration with EWM for outbound and with Finance for revenue recognition and tax.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.Support issue resolution, enhancements, and performance improvements.Prepare documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials.Required Skills• SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution & Customer Service Module• SAP S/4HANA (Retail template awareness)• MDG and master data governance awareness• Testing (SIT/UAT) & cutover readiness• Stakeholder management & documentation• Order-to-Cash, delivery & billing• SD–EWM integration
