Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to join the Collegepond team. The Counsellor will be responsible for understanding students' academic and career aspirations and providing personalized guidance on test preparation, university selection, admissions, and study-abroad opportunities. The role involves counselling students and parents, managing leads, driving enrolments,



and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience throughout the counselling journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with students and counsel them on higher education opportunities abroad.
- Assist students in identifying suitable countries, universities, and courses, and help them plan their academic and career paths.
- Manage and coordinate the admission process for students applying to universities across different countries.
- Conduct counselling sessions with students through phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Provide accurate and verified information regarding universities, colleges, courses, programs, admission requirements, and countries.
- Maintain an updated database of students counselled, including relevant information on their applications, progress, and status.
- Conduct research and stay updated on developments relevant to the study-abroad education sector, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
- Stay informed about the latest opportunities, trends, and developments in the study-abroad sector and identify ways to leverage them for the benefit of students and the organization.
