Role Description - The Studio Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the design studio and overseeing end-to-end project delivery.

This role involves directing architectural and interior design concepts, supervising detailed drawings, and ensuring adherence to design standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

The Studio Head will coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients to align design intent with execution, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include managing studio resources, mentoring team members, reviewing proposals and presentations, and supporting business development initiatives by contributing to pitches and marketing collateral.





The role also requires regular stakeholder communication, risk assessment for ongoing projects, and continuous improvement of studio processes and workflows.

Candidate

Profile & Qualifications- Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary design and project teams.

Project Management skills to oversee multiple concurrent architecture and interior build projects from concept to completion.

Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and optimize project costs while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Marketing skills to support business development, client presentations, and promotion of studio capabilities and portfolio.

Qualified degree in Architect (B.Arch. or M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Substantial experience (8+ years) in corporate workspace design and build, preferably with PAN India or multi-location projects.

Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, materials, and construction processes relevant to office interiors.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with project management software.

Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards in a leadership capacity. Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
