Role Description The Studio Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the design studio. This role includes leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating project workflows, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across architecture and interior design projects.

The Studio

Head will plan and monitor budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track project timelines to meet client commitments. Duties also involve engaging with clients, presenting design concepts, addressing feedback, and maintaining strong relationships.



The role includes collaborating on marketing initiatives, supporting business development, and promoting the studio’s brand and design vision within the local and regional market.

Qualifications

Ability to lead and manage teams, with strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills.

Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.

Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation within design or construction projects.

Knowledge of Marketing strategies to support studio visibility, client acquisition, and brand positioning.

Professional experience in architecture or interior design, with a strong design sensibility and portfolio.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to make informed decisions.

Experience working in a studio or firm environment in Hyderabad or similar markets is an advantage.

Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and standard industry practices.
