Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, sections, elevations, details, and structural documentation.

Produce reinforcement and structural shop drawings as per project requirements.

Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines.

Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.

Update BIM models based on consultant comments and project revisions.

Generate schedules, quantities, and drawing sheets directly from BIM modelsLead the development and delivery of structural BIM models for large-scale building projects.

Manage project-specific BIM workflows and ensure compliance with client BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Review, validate, and approve structural models and drawings prepared by BIM Engineers.

Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Architects, MEP teams, and external consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.

Lead model coordination sessions and clash resolution meetings using Navisworks.

Establish modeling standards, quality control procedures, and BIM best practices across projects.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BIM Engineers.

Monitor project deliverables, resource planning, productivity,



and adherence to project schedules.

Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation and Common Data Setting (CDE) workflows.

Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.

Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, automation, and digital delivery efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

6–10 years of Structural BIM experience.

Minimum 2–3 years leading BIM teams or major project packages.

Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of structural design documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.

Experience delivering Middle East building projects.

Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
