About The Operations

Team The Strategy & Research (SnR) team is a high-impact vertical within Kamakhya Analytics. SnR functions as the central planning, insights, client-facing and strategy unit, responsible for all aspects of the Survey Process.

Role.The Operations Team interns will support the planning, coordination, and execution of primary research projects.

Key Areas of Work.

Project coordination and workflow management.

Survey and fieldwork operations support.

Vendor and surveyor coordination.

Timeline tracking and resource management.

Data collection monitoring and quality control.

Resolution of operational bottlenecks during project execution.

Preferred Educational Backgrounds.

Project Management.

Operations Management.

Business Administration (BBA/MBA with Operations focus).

Engineering with Management background.

Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, or Management Studies with a research orientation.

Desired Skill Sets.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Understanding of primary research and field operations.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environment.

Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Prior exposure to market research, survey agencies, or field operations will be preferred.
