We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Business Associate to work directly with the Vice President – Strategy & International Business.

This role offers an opportunity to work on strategic initiatives ,supporting corporate strategy, international business expansion, strategic partnerships, business planning, and project execution.



You will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-impact initiatives in India's rapidly growing space and geospatial sector.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct market, industry and competitor research across aerospace, space technology and geospatial analytics..

- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and international market opportunities..
- Support corporate strategy, annual business planning and growth initiatives..
- Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business proposals and strategic documents..
- Build financial models, commercial analyses and business cases for recent initiatives..
- Support PMO activities by tracking strategic projects and coordinating cross-functional teams..
- Work closely with engineering, business development, product and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives..
- Assist in customer engagements, proposal development and commercial discussions across domestic and international markets..
- Monitor industry trends, government policies and emerging technologies relevant to the space and geospatial sectors..

Qualifications • MBA with 2–3 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Planning, Business Development, PMO or Market Research..

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights..




- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

experience in financial modelling and business analysis is preferred..

- Strong research capabilities, including market intelligence, competitor analysis and commercial evaluation..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports..
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across functions and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment..
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, technology, consulting, geospatial, SaaS or other deep-tech industries will be an added advantage..
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is desirable..
