What We're Looking For

A passionate retail leader who takes ownership, excels in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Drive store sales and achieve business targets.

Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

Monitor and improve key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ABV, and Sell Through.

Ensure efficient inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.

Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and SOP compliance.





Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.

Ensure a secure, clean, and customer-friendly shopping environment. Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

7–10 years of retail experience, with at least 3-4 years as a Store Manager.

Experience in premium fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good understanding of retail operations and business KPIs.
