Role Description The Store Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Surat.

Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail guidelines. The role involves monitoring sales performance, driving store targets, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall store efficiency.

The Store

Manager will handle customer escalations, coordinate with service teams, oversee cash and loss prevention controls, and produce regular reports on store performance and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

Customer-focused skills: strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation with the ability to handle escalations and build long-term relationships.

Operational retail skills: experience in Store Management,



including inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and daily retail operations.

Risk and control skills: knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, cash handling procedures, and compliance with store policies.

Communication skills: clear and professional Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and management.

Additional qualifications: prior experience in retail or consumer electronics, proven people management and coaching skills, proficiency with POS and basic MS Office tools, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is preferred.
