Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, customer experience, inventory management, team coordination, and sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience managing a premium fashion or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently.
- Ensure an excellent and personalized customer experience.
- Handle inventory, stock monitoring, product displays, and replenishment.
- Coordinate and supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor daily sales, targets, and overall store performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and store activities.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with the tailoring and design teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, alterations, and timely completion.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to increasing store sales.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in fashion,



apparel, luxury retail, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good understanding of sales targets and performance tracking.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory/POS systems.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in premium fashion or custom tailoring stores.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of apparel and fashion products.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
