Role Description The Store Manager role at KHOJ is a full-time, on-site position based in Perintalmanna.

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring a clean, organized, and protected shopping environment. This role includes monitoring sales performance, managing inventory levels, handling cash and reconciliations, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
