Role Description The Assistant role at Shrimatye Auto Cars is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewari. The Assistant will support daily dealership operations, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, coordinating test drives, and assisting with basic documentation and record keeping. This role includes helping the sales team with vehicle presentations, maintaining organized files and inventories, and ensuring the showroom and office areas are clean and presentable.

The Assistant will also handle phone calls, schedule appointments,



and provide general administrative support to enable smooth, efficient customer service.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Basic administrative abilities, including organizing documents, handling phone calls, and using office software.

Customer service mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and offer helpful assistance.

Attention to detail and reliability in managing tasks, schedules, and dealership records.

Ability to work in office in Rewari, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in retail, automotive, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
