About the Role

We are looking for a Store Manager who can take responsibility for the complete day-to-day functioning of our showroom. The Store Manager should be someone who is comfortable working with a team, handling customers and taking responsibility for store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and support the team in handling difficult customer situations.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and ready for customers throughout the day.
- Check product displays and make sure merchandise is properly arranged.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages and stock-related issues
- Ensure proper customer service and maintain a good shopping experience.
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team.
- Allocate duties among team members and make sure work is completed properly.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management. Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
