Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and documentation while ensuring proper storage and availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Issue materials against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock and report the same.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store.
- Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily tasks.




- Maintain proper records in Tally/ERP/Excel as required.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
- Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preferably Tally/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred
- Experience in hardware, retail, trading, construction, or similar business setting.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of purchase and material management processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
