Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store & Inventory professional to manage inventory, stock records, ERP operations, and MIS reporting in a manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in store/inventory management and be comfortable working with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movements, and material consumption.
- Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports, including stock statements, for management.
- Ensure proper documentation of material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.




- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify stock discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain ERP records and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with education in Inventory Management / Accounts.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing unit.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, or any ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and stock statements.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Candidates living nearby or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
