Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara.

The Store

Incharge will oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, stocking, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and housekeeping. This role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and other departments to meet material requirements, and implementing basic retail loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

- Strong store management skills, including inventory control, material handling, and documentation.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to internal stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with procurement, production, and other departments.
- Basic knowledge of retail loss prevention practices, including safeguarding stock and minimizing discrepancies.
- Experience in store or warehouse operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage physical stock, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software and basic MS Office tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
