Relevant experience in store-level or retail HR, preferably in a large-format or multi-shift environment, is highly beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices, along with the ability to work in office in Nagercoil, is required.
