We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Associate to manage day-to-day store operations in an electronics retail environment. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in electronics retail, store operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable electronic products based on their requirements.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and offers.

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.

- Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

- Receive, verify, and organize incoming electronic products.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

- Handle billing, POS operations, returns, exchanges, and warranty-related queries.

- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and management when required.

- Prepare daily sales, inventory,



and store performance reports.

Requirements:

- Education: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or any relevant discipline. Diploma/Certificate in Retail Management or Electronics is an added advantage.

- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Electronics Retail, Consumer Durables, Store Operations, or Showroom Sales.

- Good knowledge of electronic products and consumer durables.

- Strong customer service and sales skills.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and MS Excel.

- Positive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
