Role Description

Storage and Backup is an individual/Team contributing role and will be responsible to provide level l2 & L3 operations support to our global clients and handle day to day incidents and work towards RCA’s, problem tickets and SIP’s and capacity management.

Should be in a position to handle recent projects implementation end to end.

To undertake implementation and support activity for storage Infrastructure which consists of EMC, HP, NETAPP Network Appliances etc., preferably a recognized Certification

Implementation activity will be in response either to development project related activity or to maintain infrastructure currency.

Skills Required

10- 16 years of work experience relevant to enterprise level storage and backup platforms in particular EMC Storage, NetApp Storage, 3PAR, DELL SC series and backup tools.

Should be an expert in: Mandatorily either HP3PAR,



DELL SC series or NetApp Storage.

Additionally at least in one of: HP storage, EMC Networker, Symantec NetBackup, VEEAM CommVault backup tools knowledge

Experience on EMC, HP 3PAR, DELL SC xxxx, IBM and NetApp series storage arrays

Experience on troubleshoot and maintain SAN infrastructure performance, hardware, and connectivity.

Good experience on Cisco and Brocade series FC switches

Good experience on SAN storage provisioning, LUN masking and zoning

Experience on Storage capacity planning, performance analysis, monitoring, reporting

Good understanding NFS, CIFS, and Fiber Channel protocols

Good experience in supporting and managing the replication
