Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, including daily specials

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff

- Serve orders efficiently and ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal

- Check on customers regularly and promptly respond to their requests

- Process bills and handle payment transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures

- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service

- Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g. drinks, desserts)

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills and experience handling cash or point-of-sale systems
- A team player with a customer-oriented attitude

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Food handler certification (if required by local laws)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
