About the Role

Aryans Sea Sight Resort is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure smooth restaurant and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to the property's service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide basic information about food and beverages.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Check guest satisfaction during and after service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment carefully.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Assist in banquet functions, parties, events, and special occasions.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to the Supervisor or F&B; Manager.
- Ensure correct billing and coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant or assigned outlet.




- Minimize breakage and wastage of restaurant equipment and consumables.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and service skills may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Customer-service oriented and attentive to guest requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
