Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and skilled manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages as per company standards.

Set up and clear tables before and after service.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Support the team during busy hours and maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements

10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café (freshers can also apply).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
