We are looking for hardworking, responsible, and service-oriented employees to join our hotel team.

1. Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Maintain proper records and handle basic billing/payment procedures.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk and guest areas.

Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and skilled attitude.
- Previous hotel/front-office experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Freshers may also apply, depending on experience and suitability.

1. Kitchen Staff / Steward

Positions: Kitchen Helper / Steward / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, clean, and organize utensils, equipment,



and kitchen areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to hotel standards.
- Help with cutting, peeling, washing, and basic food preparation.
- Properly store kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen materials.
- Follow food-safety and workplace-hygiene procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements:
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Previous kitchen/hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for suitable positions.
