Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guest in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Set up tables, restaurant areas, buffet counters and service station before operations
- To provide efficient, courteous, and hygienic service to guests while supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant. The GSA Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting in table service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
- Set up and clear dining tables as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, service areas, and restaurant premises.

--Assist the Restaurant Captain and F&B; Supervisor in daily operations.

--Serve and clear food and beverages as instructed.

--Refill water, cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other guest supplies.

--Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.

- Ensure all crockery, glassware, cutlery, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.

--Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

--Handle guest requests promptly and communicate special requirements to the concerned team.

--Support banquet, room service, events, and other F&B; operations when required.

--Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and uniform standards.

--Handle restaurant equipment carefully and report any damage or shortage.

--Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards.

--Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

--Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.

--Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house and service area.

--Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.





- Support the team in delivering an excellent guest experience and achieving high guest satisfaction
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or management

Preferred Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Manangement/ Hospitality is preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Food and Beverage Service
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.

Candidates with experience in F&B; service will be preferred.
