Company Description Anchaviyo Resort is a 150-acre eco-friendly luxury retreat located along the Vaitarna River in Palghar, Maharashtra, offering immersive, experiential hospitality in a natural setting. The resort features 120 rooms, including 20 distinctive theme-based accommodations such as Geodesic Domes, Tree Houses, Mud Houses, and Glass Houses, along with 100 premium standard rooms. Anchaviyo is known for innovative dining concepts, from floating river dinners to jungle experiences, supported by in-house organic farms and orchards.

Guests enjoy a wide range of adventure and leisure activities, including water sports, ATV trails, and an open-air cinema. The resort also serves as an elite destination for corporate retreats and team-building events, combining sustainable luxury with bespoke service.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based at Anchaviyo Resort in Palghar. The Steward is responsible for supporting daily food and beverage operations, including setting up dining areas, polishing and arranging cutlery and glassware, and ensuring tables are prepared to resort standards before service. The role involves assisting servers during meal periods, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas and back-of-house service stations.





The Steward will coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, handle basic guest requests professionally, and report any service issues to supervisors. The role also includes following safety and sanitation procedures, participating in ongoing training, and helping support special events and experiential dining setups across the property.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a guest-focused, courteous, and professional approach.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen, service teams, and guests.

Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic table settings, service standards, and hygiene practices.

Candidates should possess Food Service skills, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean and organized service areas.

Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training related to hospitality standards and safety protocols.

Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated applicants.

Basic spoken proficiency in English and local languages is preferred; a professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards are required.
