ABOUT THE ROLE-

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for an experienced and creative Lab Implementation and Deployment Specialist to own the complete transition of a school project from finalized design to a fully set-up and functional lab.

This person will act as the key execution point between the interior design, procurement, logistics, technical and school-facing teams during the lab implementation phase. Coordinate the movement of finalized designs, equipments, kits, consumables, furniture, branding and other lab requirements from planning to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Prepare and maintain lab setup plans, checklists, timelines, material requirements and deployment trackers for every school project

· Coordinate with design and technical teams to understand the finalized lab layout, specifications, equipment requirements and execution dependencies before setup begins

· Coordinate procurement, kit alignment, packing, dispatch, delivery, inventory verification and on-site placement of all required materials

· Coordinate with installation and support teams for lab setup, equipment installation, lab organization, branding, safety requirements and basic functionality checks

· Maintain regular communication with school representatives and internal teams, providing clear updates on progress, pending items, delays and dependencies





· Conduct or coordinate pre-handover checks to ensure that equipment, kits, furniture, documentation and other deliverables are complete, correctly placed and functional

· Maintain handover documentation and formally transition the completed lab to the designated school POC

REQUIREMENTS-

· Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in project execution, operations, implementation, deployment, installation coordination or a similar hands-on role

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work across design, procurement, logistics, vendors, technicians and school stakeholders

· Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple school projects, timelines, checklists and material requirements simultaneously

· Willingness to travel to school sites and be actively involved in on-ground lab setup and implementation whenever required

· Strong attention to detail, particularly around inventory, kits, equipment, layouts, documentation and completion checklists

· Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with school representatives, vendors, technicians and internal teams

· Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
