Role & Responsibilities

- Co-define the startup’s vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy from day zero — with full ownership of execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead early-stage hires across tech, content, and growth — building a lean, high-velocity team.
- Design and validate the core product loop: from story capture → AI-assisted editing → community distribution → monetization.
- Secure early adopters, pilot partners, or institutional backers — navigating both consumer and B2B angles.
- Act as the “chief storyteller” externally: represent the brand at pitch events, media, and creator circles.
- Continuously iterate based on user behavior, metrics, and market feedback — adapting strategy without dogma.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Product-led founding experience — have shipped a digital product or led a startup from pre-seed to traction.




- Deep understanding of social/content platforms — Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, or emerging UGC ecosystems.
- Fluency in AI/ML tooling for content — prompt engineering, LLM pipelines, or automation workflows (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, RAG).
- Strong narrative sense — ability to structure compelling user journeys, content frameworks, and community engagement loops.
- Remote-first leadership — proven ability to build trust, alignment, and velocity across distributed teams.
- Data-informed decision making — comfortable with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) to drive product decisions.

Preferred

- Experience in creator economy, storytelling tech, or audio/video narrative platforms.
- Prior fundraising experience — angel, pre-seed, or institutional rounds.
- Background in journalism, anthropology, behavioral science, or UX writing.
