Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Staff Photographer role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Staff

Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots for products, events, and branding campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with client and agency objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up lighting and equipment, capturing images, and coordinating with designers, videographers, and marketing teammates to deliver cohesive creative assets. The role also involves selecting, retouching, and organizing photographs, managing file storage, and preparing images for digital and print use.

The Staff

Photographer will participate in creative brainstorming, support short film and video productions as needed,



and maintain studio equipment and shooting spaces.

Qualifications

- Strong technical photography skills, including proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and composition.

- Experience in product, portrait, and event photography, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and creative approaches.

- Proficiency in photo editing and retouching tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and basic color correction and image optimization.

- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate creative briefs into compelling imagery for digital marketing and print.

- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.

- Strong organizational skills for managing shoot schedules, assets, and archives, and attention to detail in file naming and delivery formats.

- Ability to work in office full-time in Tiruchirappalli, adapt to fast-paced agency environments, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
