The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high‑quality patient care and supporting doctors in clinical procedures across OPD, ICU, OT, and emergency settings. The role involves monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring accurate documentation of nursing notes and medical records. Staff Nurses are expected to follow infection control practices, comply with NABH/JCI standards, and maintain professional discipline and punctuality.

Candidates should hold a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution and possess valid registration with the State Nursing Council. Prior clinical experience is preferred, though freshers may also be considered depending on hospital policy.

Strong clinical knowledge, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills are essential.



Familiarity with hospital management systems and teamwork with doctors and healthcare staff will be key to success in this role.

This is a full‑time position with rotational day and night shifts. Employment terms include a probation period as per hospital norms, with salary and perks offered accordingly. Staff Nurses will have opportunities for career growth, including promotion to Senior Staff Nurse or Ward In‑Charge, specialization in ICU, OT, Pediatrics, or other departments, and continuous learning through hospital training programs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
