Department: Nursing

Reports to: Nursing Superintendent / Ward In-charge

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing; valid registration with Delhi Nursing Council (DNC)

Experience: 1 years + (specify per ward, e.g., ICU/OT may need 1+ year)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols and physician orders
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately and on schedule
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and promptly report changes to the treating doctor
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation/records (charts, MAR, care plans)
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
- Ensure infection control practices, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste segregation as per hospital policy
- Educate patients and attendants on care,



medication, and discharge instructions
- Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment readiness, and stock of nursing consumables
- Respond to emergencies (code blue, rapid response) as per protocol
- Work in rotational shifts (day/night/general) including weekends and holidays
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to NABH/quality standards

Skills Required: Clinical competency, BLS/ACLS certification (preferred), communication skills, empathy, ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
