Key Responsibilities

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

● Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

● Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

● Negotiate pay rates, offers, and contract terms with candidates.

● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

● Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.

● Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely updates in the ATS.





● Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

● Robust understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

● Knowledge of US IT recruitment and hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099) is preferred.

Experience

● Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

● 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
