Sr. Support Engineer – JD & KRA

- Provide L2 technical support for Desktop, Network & CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, applications, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and related systems.
- Perform field/site visits for installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and call closure.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports, ticket updates, and technical documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to L3/vendor teams when required.
