- Customer Returns Management/: Oversee cross/-functional engineering problem/-solving cycles and prompt containment for customer complaints, using strong resolution frameworks to permanently eradicate faults.

Metrology &

- Gage Management/: Conduct gauge repeatability and reproducibility tests and supervise the programming and use of high/-precision inspection equipment, including digital height gauges, optical profile projectors,



and coordinate measuring machines. FMEA &
- Defect Risk Mitigation/: Track corrective actions directly onto line standard work and dynamically update and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses based on internal scrap patterns.
