Role Summary

Hoora is building a full-stack Vehicle 360 platform covering services such as doorstep car & bike cleaning, vehicle servicing, insurance support, challan management, and ecommerce of vehicle care products.

The Senior Product

Manager will own products that enable the supply and demand side of this ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy and tech execution for our vehicle care platform, requiring 4–13 years of experience in product management, strategy, and cross-functional coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Demand & Consumer Experience

User App Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap for the consumer app, aligning with business objectives for vehicle care, D2C products, and insurance verticals.

Growth & Retention: Lead growth experiments, develop referral and loyalty programs, and optimize user funnels to drive conversion, repeat bookings, and long-term retention.

- Supply & Partner Ecosystem

Franchise & Partner Apps:



Own the roadmap for partner-facing tools, enabling seamless digital onboarding, service slot allocation, and performance tracking.

Operational Workflows: Streamline supply-side operations, including purchase orders, inventory tracking for consumables, and digital capacity planning to support multi-city expansion.

- Cross-Functional Leadership & Technical Execution

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable mobile and web solutions.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering to build automation-first supply management systems and robust API integrations.

- Data Analytics & Performance Tracking

Dashboards & Insights: Develop actionable dashboards for internal leadership and franchise owners to track supply-demand balance.

KPI Ownership: Monitor and report on core metrics across both sides of the marketplace, including customer CAC, NPS, partner activation speed, service slot utilization, and fulfillment rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong background in consumer tech, service marketplaces, or hyperlocal platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, Go-Mechanic).

Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of both user-facing mobile apps and complex supply-chain/franchise dynamics.

Proven Impact: Documented track record of significantly increasing conversion rates while designing scalable systems for supply growth.

Technical Acumen: Robust grasp of mobile application architecture, API integrations, payments, and data analytics tools.

Execution Focus: A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and relies on a data-driven approach to solve operational bottlenecks.
