Key Responsibilities

- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement effective and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview processes, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.




- Collaborate with other HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Master's degree (Preferred)
- 3 years of talent acquisition experience (Preferred)
- 3 years of recruiting experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (Preferred)
