Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee engagement, retention & grievances.
- Manage performance, training & development.
- Ensure labour law & statutory compliance.
- Handle HR operations, payroll & attendance.
- Prepare HR MIS and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Support audits and process improvements.
