About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and a passion for sales.

The role involves interacting with US-based customers/clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional customer experience.
- Handle customer objections effectively and work toward successful conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.




- Consistently work toward improving sales performance and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work comfortably in a US shift/night shift environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, BPO, or international voice process will be an added advantage.
