Role Description The Sr Executive – Accounts and Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sihor. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The Sr

Executive will prepare and review financial statements and reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitor cash flow and cost control.

Responsibilities also include handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, returns, and documentation, coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities, and overseeing account management for vendors and customers.



The role may require collaboration with the sales team to support financial aspects of pricing, contracts, and collections, while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong finance and financial statements skills, including knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

Candidates should possess practical experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filings, and regulatory documentation.

Candidates should possess account management skills, covering vendor and customer accounts, reconciliations, and transaction tracking.

Candidates should possess familiarity with sales-related finance activities, such as invoicing, pricing support, and credit control.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
