Candidates should have a sound knowledge and practical experience in developing stored procedures,function, triggers, views,etc for SQL-Server 2000/2005.. Candidate should have worked with XML technologies and valuable at ASPX pages using AJAX Toolkit.Knowledge of database activities like design, creation, maintenance and backup/restore of various types of 24x7 databases (Production and Development) will be an added advantage.

Responsibility:

- Leading a team of developers.
- Requirement gathering/analysis.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Make sure task delivery by you/team on time.
- Explain work to team members.
- Help team members technically.
- Monitor and report performance of team members.
- Quality check before releasing the tasks.
- Accountable for the assigned project/task delivery,quality check for the work assigned to developers or self.
- Proactive communication on requests, issues, risks etc. to the Manager and/or customer.
- Effective coordination between team and the customer/manager.
- Make sure self/team follows standard practices for coding/versioning/documentation.
- Follow the Code of conduct and other HR policies.

Candidate Profile: Candidates should have B.E./M.C.A.



with knowledge of T-SQL.Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.They should have good communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Maximum Experience: 8 Years

Compensation: As per the Industry Standards.
