Job Summary

This role involves designing developing and maintaining scalable microservices using Springboot Java and AWS technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

- Develop robust and scalable microservices using Springboot and Java to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements analyze technical feasibility and design solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services to ensure high availability scalability and security of applications.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient coding practices and system designs.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality reliability and adherence to quality standards.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative setting for problem-solving and innovation.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes including design specifications code standards and deployment procedures.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application design and development practices.





- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and automate workflows for continuous integration and delivery.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all development activities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance user experience and contribute to the companys mission of driving innovation and societal impact.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate expertise in developing microservices using Springboot and Java with a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.

- Possess hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2 S3 Lambda and RDS to build and deploy cloud-based applications.

- Showcase proficiency in debugging and optimizing applications for performance and scalability in complex environments.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

- Have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end systems.

- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development.
