AI / ML / GenAI Skills: Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, LLM-based application integration, document/text processing, data extraction, AI-assisted development, and enterprise AI use cases. Exposure to integrating AI/ML or GenAI services/APIs into enterprise applications will be an added advantage.

GenAI SDLC Tools Exposure: Exposure to GenAI-enabled SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools for code generation, code review, refactoring, unit test generation, documentation, debugging, legacy code understanding, and developer productivity improvement.

Nice to Have Skills: Aurora DB, AWS EC2, S3, Secrets Manager, Microservices, AWS SDK, Lambda, SQS, CodeArtifact, Jenkins, Linux/Unix, Gradle, AngularJS. AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock/OpenAI API, vector databases, embeddings, RAG-based solutions, Python basics for AI/ML use cases, and experience with GenAI-assisted SDLC practices.

Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and AWS services.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with internal and external systems. Support modernization of legacy applications using up-to-date Java, cloud, and web technologies.

Explore and integrate AI/ML/GenAI capabilities where applicable, including document processing, intelligent search, data extraction, automation, and productivity improvement use cases.

Use GenAI SDLC tools responsibly to improve coding efficiency, code quality, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and legacy code analysis.

Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, maintainability, security, and compliance with project coding standards.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Write clean, well-documented, secure, and efficient code.

Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, cloud services, and AI/ML/GenAI advancements to continuously improve skills and solution capabilities.
