About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives on solving complex data challenges and taking ownership from the initial design phase through to deployment and maintenance. Based anywhere in India, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines, leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity, and collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering responsible AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer.

Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Azure data services.

Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.

Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data pipelines and data integration solutions.





Proficiency in Python, Spark, or similar technologies is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines utilizing Microsoft Azure Fabric to support various business needs.

Build reliable ETL/ELT processes capable of handling structured and unstructured data sources.

Collaborate closely with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Optimize data workflows to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Apply AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery timelines and enhance solution quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Work collaboratively with architects, analysts, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and quality standards are met.

Take ownership of assigned tasks, maintaining high standards of quality, adhering to timelines, and delivering outcomes independently.

Leverage AI and automation to identify innovative solutions, improve engineering productivity, and streamline processes.





Proactively communicate project risks, ask clarifying questions, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.

Adapt quickly to changing requirements, priorities, and project scopes while maintaining a focus on delivery excellence.

Engage with global teams, including overlapping work hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET), to facilitate seamless collaboration.
