Credit Control

Raising Sales
Invoices on the Client's CRM System. 3.
Uploading Sales
Invoices on the Client's Portal.
- Forecasting and reporting on collection 5. Executing tasks on Microsoft CRM as per client's instructions.
- Fetching reports from Microsoft's Accounting software 7. Daily client communications over Microsoft Teams.
- Daily reporting to the clients on tasks completed and outstanding debt.
Qualification and Skills: Excel knowledge (Vlook up/Pivots) Experience in Credit Control Management Experience in communicating with clients offshore.
