Position Title : Sr C++ [Embarcadero] Developer

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Job Location : Remote

Shift : 2 PM/3 PM to 12 AM/1 AM (IST night shift overlap)

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Embarcadero C++Builder (not just generic C++ or MFC C++)
- C++ Builder — Rapid Application Development (RAD) studio setting
- Strong SQL query and database skills

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced C++ Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in modern C++ development, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop,

enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Windows OS

 Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

 Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions

 Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization

 Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis

 Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams





 Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices

 Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures

 Support production deployments and post-release activities

 Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 8+ years of application development experience using C++

 Strong experience working on Windows-based applications

 Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

 Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQL and Stored Procedures

 Strong debugging and analytical/problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 Ability to work in CST time zone overlap

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

 Experience with GitHub or other version control tools

 Experience with C++ Builder

 Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira

 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
