Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Residential Projects

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and managing civil construction activities for residential projects, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the project site
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and construction schedules
- Review BOQs, quantities, measurements, and material requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely material availability
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities

Skills Required:





- Solid knowledge of residential construction and civil engineering
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural works
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and quantity measurement
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 6–10 years of experience in residential construction
- Experience in a senior/site engineering role preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in apartments, high-rise buildings, villas, townships, or gated communities
- Exposure to RCC structure, finishing works, quality control, billing, contractor management, and project execution

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
