Position: Sr. Architect
Job Profile:
Job Summary:
This individual will be involved in initiating Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, training and ensure SDLC practices are being followed for applications developed in .Net and PHP platforms using MS SQL database. The individual will also be responsible for managing complex software projects and ensuring that project timelines are being met.
Key Skills Set:
Hands-on experience coding in .NET, PHP, and MS SQL database a must. Must be able to dive into code and database and recommend strategies to improve performance, scalability, and security of application
Ability to interface to different applications such as Google analytics, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Consume information from these channels, store it in a database in the cloud, and present results in form of a customer facing application
Ability to develop applications on MS SQL database on Amazon EC2 cloud or Google Cloud platform
Experience in software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform
Database design and administration write, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft SQL and .NET application. Device Configuration Hardening, and Compliance Verification experience preferred
Ensure application is scalable. Lead and train team in automated QA testing for Load, Volume Stress testing scenarios
Responsible for maintaining application security from external attacks, such as cross site scripting, SQL Injection, etc
Ability to manage complex software projects and deliver projects to specifications within project timelines (for management level individuals)
Extensive experience with Design Patterns, XML,
Web Services, SOAP, SOA
Extensions, AJAX, N-Tier development experience
Familiarity with web scraping, data mining, data harvesting technologies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct Source Code reviews
Technical writing experience preferred
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years hands-on experience designing and developing complex web applications
Strong C#, ASP.NET, PHP experience, and OOA/D skills
Solid database (MS SQL) experience preferred
Strong web application QA skills preferred
Experience: 2.5-5year
Compensation: As per the Industry Standards.
