Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru.
The Speech Language
Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adults, including conducting detailed evaluations and preparing individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress notes, and updating intervention plans based on response to treatment. The role involves collaborating closely with audiologists, psychologists, behavioral therapists, occupational therapists,
and families to ensure coordinated care and holistic support.
The Speech Language
Pathologist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, provide caregiver training, and contribute to community and educational outreach as needed.
Qualifications Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans.
Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Language Disorders and Communication Disorders across age groups.
Skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia, including safe swallowing practices and related interventions.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities.
Solid observation, assessment, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients and caregivers.
Comfort working with diverse populations, maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and ethical approach to care.
Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on evidence-based practices.
