Nivera Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary child development and therapy center dedicated to helping children achieve their communication, developmental, behavioral, and learning goals through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care. We are currently looking for a passionate and committed Speech Therapist to join our growing team. Job Type

Full-time Salary

₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties. The candidate should be able to work closely with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language assessments for children.

Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.

Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.

Guide parents on home-based communication activities and therapy carryover.

Maintain accurate assessment reports, therapy notes, and progress records.

Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, physiotherapists,



special educators, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in case discussions, parent counseling sessions, and team meetings.

Support awareness programs, workshops, and center activities when required.

Required

Qualification

BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) or

M.Sc. SLP (Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology)

Experience
