Location: Bidar, Karnataka We are looking for a responsible and experienced Spare Parts Manager to manage the spare-parts department at our Sonalika tractor dealership.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily spare-parts sales and customer requirements. Identify and provide the correct tractor spare parts to customers and technicians. Maintain proper stock records and inventory.

Receive, inspect and arrange incoming spare-parts shipments. Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts and maintain adequate stock. Prepare quotations, invoices and parts-related documents. Coordinate with the service/workshop team for spare-parts requirements.

Place spare-parts orders and coordinate with suppliers/company representatives. Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales and stock. Handle customer enquiries and provide valuable customer service. Ensure the spare-parts store is clean, organized and properly maintained.

Requirements:



Previous experience in tractor/automobile spare-parts sales or management preferred. Knowledge of tractor spare parts is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to maintain inventory and records. Kannada communication preferred. Responsible, honest and willing to learn.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹10000 – ₹20000 per month, depending on experience and skills. For a small showroom with only one spare-parts employee, I would actually use the title “Spare Parts Executive” instead of “Spare Parts Manager” unless you want the person to have full responsibility for the department.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
